Grove house is a very good surgery, the reception staff are always very polite and helpful, I have always been treated very well by all the staff. Dr Williams is a very kind and caring doctor who seems to really care about her patients.

On time (apputure time). Friendly and efficient diagnosis put my mind at rest straight away.
It appeared that the afternoon surgery was less busy is preferable to morning surgeries.
